Surprise win for FCSB in Thessaloniki against PAOK in their second match of the Europa League first phase. The Toumba stadium was silenced in the extra time of the first half when after an Olaru-Bîrligea combination the ball reached the goal. FCSB defended the result with 10 men on the pitch after Olaru was sent off for his second yellow card. It ended 0-1 and the Romanians take a serious option for qualification in the next phase.
