The second football league in Romania is the subject of soap operas: less than half of the starting teams have the right to promotion in the first league, almost all the teams registered in the competition are supported from the budgets of local communities, matches suspected of being played for punters with experience, transfers upon transfers that supposedly enrich agents, businessmen, club presidents, coaches and politicians.
